Screened compost is sold out for the spring season. Free unscreened compost is available for residential pickup at our free piles at each facility . Click for Info. Wood mulch is still available for residential delivery.

- Program Description: Harding Township does not provide garbage pickup. Residents contract with a private hauler who will collect and dispose of their waste. The municipality does not pay for the tipping fees.
