From the East: Take Interstate Route 80 westbound to Exit 27A, which brings you out onto Route 206 South. Go slightly less than one mile on Route 206 South, past the traffic light at the International Trade Center South Road, to the next road on the right, which is Gold Mine Road. Make a right onto Gold Mine Road and travel slightly less than one-half mile to the Morris County Transfer Station, which will be on your left. Enter the gate to the Transfer Station and travel straight towards the walled-in area of the Morris County Household Hazardous Waste Facility.

Please look for the Household Hazardous Waste Facility sign with the "Duke of Hazard" logo on it as a point of reference for the entrance to the facility.

From the South: Take Route 206 North into Flanders. About four and one-half miles north of McDonald’s on Route 206 is Gold Mine Road which will be on your left. Make a left onto Gold Mine Road (or it is sometimes easier and safer to travel to the next traffic light, make a left into the International Trade Center Road South, then make your first left onto a Bypass Road to a right onto Gold Mine Road) and travel slightly less than one-half mile to the Morris County Transfer Station, which will be on your left. Enter the first gate to the Transfer Station and travel straight towards the walled-in area of the Morris County Household Hazardous Waste Facility.

Please look for the Household Hazardous Waste Facility sign with the "Duke of Hazard" logo on it as a point of reference for the entrance to the facility.

Use the First Entrance: When accessing the transfer station from Gold Mine Road use the first entrance on the left.  After entering the facility and going through the gate, to dispose of solid waste turn right and travel parallel to Gold Mine Road to head toward the scalehouse.  Those going to  the household hazardous waste facility should go straight to the hazardous waste facility after going through the gate.
