Transporting the Waste To Landfill

From the transfer station the waste is hauled in walking floor transfer trailers to the MCMUA's selected landfill.  The landfill utilized by the MCMUA is the Tullytown Landfill in Tullytown, Pa owned and operated by Waste Management, Inc. 

This landfill is located about 60 miles southwest of Morris County in eastern Pennsylvania.  It is  just a few miles west of the Delaware River which borders New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
