Accessing the Facility

The Transfer Station is located on Gold Mine Road in Mt. Olive.  Access to the facility is easy as it is situated about one (1) mile south of Exit 27 on Route 80 as well as four (4) miles north of the heart of Flanders.  Gold Mine Road is an industrial road located off of Route 206. 

As you turn off Route 206 and go westbound on Gold Mine Road the transfer station will appear over the horizon on the left side with its four (4) loading bays facing you.  You must access the facility by taking Gold Mine Road westbound.  You are not permitted to use local roads to access the Mt. Olive transfer station.

Make a left into the facility at its second gate and proceed to the scalehouse just infront of you.  This is where you, your vehicle and your waste is weighed.  If you are going to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility make a left into the transfer station's first gate.
