From East of Morristown, i.e., New Jersey Turnpike and/or Newark Airport: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14 and follow signs to Interstate Route 78 westbound. If at Newark Airport, do not get onto the New Jersey Turnpike, but follow signs to the airport exit and then to Route 78 westbound. From either the New Jersey Turnpike or the airport, take Route 78 westbound for about 15 miles where it splits into Route 78-Clinton and Route 24-Morristown. At this split, follow signs to the right for Route 24 westbound toward Morristown. Stay on Route 24 for about 10 miles and get off at Interstate 287 southbound. Take Route 287 for 1½ miles south to Exit 36 (Lafayette Ave/Ridgedale Ave.) and follow directions below.

How to Reach the MCMUA Offices from From Exits 36 or 36B of Interstate Route 287: Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Lafayette Ave. Take Lafayette Ave for ½ mile under the train tracks. At the traffic light at the end of Lafayette Ave. make a right turn onto Morris Ave. Follow Morris Ave. (½ mile) into Morristown by bearing left at the traffic light by the Burger King, which is on the right, and going up the hill. Morristown has a traffic square which is entered at the bottom left and exited diagonally at the upper right. To do this, enter the Morristown square by making a right turn off Morris Ave. at the traffic light. Go to the next corner and make a left turn and immediately get into the right lane in order to make a right turn out of the Morristown square.  Proceed west on County Rt. 510 toward Mendham and Chester.  Note that County Rt. 510 is called Washington Street in and around Morristown but is called Mendham Road west of Morristown.

Once out of the Morristown square, take County Rt. 510 (Mendham Road and/or Washington Street) westbound for 3 miles until 300 Mendham Road. The MCMUA driveway at 300 Mendham Road is located just past the entrances to Delbarton School and Lewis Morris Park on the left. The offices of the Morris County Park Police and Park Commission are also located at this address. The MCMUA office is on the 3^rd floor of the big building at the top of the hill.

Directions from Northwest Morris County: Take Route 206 south to Chester.  At the intersection of of County Rt. 513 (East Main Street, Larison's Restaurant is on the right), turn left. Go through Chester to the next traffic light and turn right onto County Rt. 510.  Take County Rt. 510 through Mendham.  The MCMUA office is 2.4 miles on the right from the traffic light at the intersection of Cold Hill Road and County Rt. 510. (Mendham Ford and an Amoco station are on the left just prior to the intersection).  A sign with the MCMUA  logo is located on the right side of County Rt. 510 just west of the driveway.  Turn right onto the driveway; go up the steep hill with the hairpin turn to the three-story building at the top (Morris County Cultural Center).  The MCMUA offices are on the third floor.
